Our Story
Our business is built on craftsmanship, community, and family. Ed's journey began right out of high school, framing houses in Indiana under the guidance of master craftsmen. Over the years, he honed his skills in apartment maintenance, mechanical plumbing, and project scheduling for a major builder.

We’re Ed and Ande, a husband-and-wife team with over 40 years of experience in home repairs and improvements. We believe in showing up, doing quality work, and treating people right. Too often, we hear, “They never called back” or “They didn’t show up.” That’s not us.
When you call, we respond. We respect your home, your time, and your trust. Whether it’s a small repair or an improvement project, we make sure it’s done right.
With a hands-on approach we focus on quality, attention to detail, and personal service—no big crews, no cutting corners. Just solid work and lasting relationships.

Ande and Ed’s partnership began in high school. After moving to Indianapolis, they teamed up to build a family business founded on trust, quality, and integrity. Along the way, he bought, remodeled, and sold homes, always balancing his love for construction with his passion for playing blues music as a drummer for many legendary Chicago Blues trailblazers and as a music educator. His commitment to serving marginalized communities has also been a central part of his work. For Ed, both building and music have been powerful ways to connect with people and uplift spirits.

Drawn to the Pacific Northwest to be closer to their children and grandchildren and to pursue their passion for sailing, they enjoy connecting with local community while embracing the beauty of the outdoors. Their dedication to craftsmanship, fairness, and excellence ensures that every project they take on is a reflection of their values, supporting the community and building lasting relationships with their clients.

Ed, Ande, and their small team see every project as more than just a repair or improvement—it’s an opportunity to create spaces that feel good, function well, and support the people who live and work in them. A well-cared-for home or workplace isn’t just about appearances; it can bring comfort, ease, and a sense of stability. By approaching their work with skill and intention, they build lasting connections and help create environments that uplift their clients in their daily life.
