We are a small, hands on full service home repair and improvement company with emphasis on excellent customer service. The single biggest complaint we hear about others in our industry is "didn't call back or no one showed up". We will personally answer your call, never an answering service, and in the event we're unable to do so, will return your call promptly. In addition, "they never showed up" will never happen when working with us, guaranteed. We respect the value of your time.
A clean work site on larger projects is essential and leaving no trace on smaller repairs is equally important. We "work clean" with respect for your property and those who live there. We have a well established customer base of long term relationships because of these fundamentals that we believe are critical to establishing and maintaining a working relationship with our customers. 1978 - 1982 Custom Home Building
Began my carpentry career as a framer, building a home from foundation to roof. Wall and roof framing, door and window installation, roofing and siding.
1986 - 1988 Apartment Maintenance
Apartment maintenance. Responsible for 200 plus dwellings and grounds. Furnaces, water heaters, appliances, plumbing repairs, everything a home needs to function. Repair and replacement of these types of items and much more.
1989 - 1990 Plumbing
Employed with a mechanical contractor, working directly under a journeyman plumber. Several older large downtown buildings were under renovation at this time. Hands on training removing and installing new water supply and waste systems throughout, as well as steam and gas pipe removal and installation.
1991 - 1996 Home Remodeling
Self employed repairing & remodeling homes. At the height of the "house flipping" era, all of the skills I acquired along the way are being exercised while making homes ready for future homeowners.
1996 - 1999 Construction Scheduler
Residential home building project management. Ensuring that throughout the building process the various tradesmen are where they need to be, when they need to be there and all materials are made available in a timely manner. Typically as many as a dozen homes at various stages managed daily.
2000 - 2006 Water Damage Restoration
Repairs to water damaged homes working as sub-contractor for a company that works exclusively with insurance companies. Once a home is dry, the repair process begins, drywall, paint, carpentry etc..
